We were established to create a sense of belonging by providing resources on building relationships, mentor and career goals while advocating for trust, respect and inclusion to work collectively on the goals of the organization.

We bring a relatable direct connection with decades of experiences and relationships to create a cohort to develop lasting strategies for career and life skills development.

We prepare our next generation of leaders with the tools and instruction playbook to navigate effectively from College to Corporate with a focus in the underserved communities.

Products and Services

Our services through speaker series, career planning discussions and defined curriculum for high school , college and corporate settings will address the opportunities and challenges to prepare college students and recent graduates navigating the unwritten rules of engagement in the workforce.

Target Market

Target audiences are counselors, career service professionals at the college level, students from the ages of 17-26 including non-traditional student population that are 1st generation corporate employees. Our corporate audience will be on the level of Talent Acquisition, College & Internship Programs to promote inclusive hiring practices for true representation in corporate hallways.
